I wish there were more stars, because he deserves it. Moving from overseas was a disaster for me and my family. Brian made things easy for us, he bombarded us with houses to look at online. When we finally made it back to the US, we set up a meeting to see a few houses. At the first, and further appointments, we were greeted with a sign welcoming us. He helped us from the first step until the end. He even pointed me to a couple of lenders that offered me better offers than my bank. Not only that, but my wife speaks limited English, normally it’s a problem for many, but it wasn't for him...he was still willing to help us and get us the best offer. We are grateful for his help and support and hope others have the same experience as we had.

There aren't words to adequately describe just how amazing this process has been with Dina. Having purchased and rented several homes, I can legitimately say I haven't ever had a realtor that was more committed, dedicated, or trustworthy. Dina never made the situation feel pressured, always advocated both for, and in, my best interest, and always made sure the process, once started, moved forward continuously. She also went out of her way to make sure I saw as many homes as possible in an extremely tight deadline, (1-day turnaround), and wasn't satisfied or rested until I came away with the best home possible. After spending months wasting my time with another realtor, I decided to take someone's recommendation to contact Dina. I can't emphasize how great that decision was. Dina knows all of the ins and outs of selling a house. I believe almost any realtor can help you buy a house, but it takes a true professional to sell a house. Dina let me know what the little things are that help make a house sell. It takes experience to know what can catch the buyer’s eye and that's the value that you get with Dina and Brian. In less than a week she had my house staged and looking like a model home. It was already a nice house, but Dina made it shine. In a month Dina had me an offer and my house were sold. Look, there is good and there is the best. Dina is THE BEST. Available, knowledgeable, professional, and well networked. Do these descriptors sound desirable for a realtor? Then look no further! If there was something, she was not sure about, she didn't make up answers, she got in touch (or me in touch) with someone who did. Dina is an absolute joy to work with and is always honest, like any relationship you just have to give her your thoughts to build a foundation of what kind of home you are looking for.
